Incendio Solutions was founded in 2022 to consolidate embedded, robotics and IoT work into one accountable team - so programs that mix hardware and software have somewhere to land that doesn't split them across vendors at the seam.

Constraint first
We start from the budget that actually binds - latency, power, thermal, certification date - and design backwards from it. Most failed projects picked the architecture first and met the constraint never.
Production is the target
A demo that works on a bench is not a result. We take designs through DFM, pilot runs and commissioning, because the hard problems surface at unit 100, not unit one.
Documented for the next team
You get schematics, firmware, test procedures and a handover pack a team that does not exist yet could pick up cold. Your IP, transferred on payment.

Contract & IP terms: all foreground IP transfers to the client on payment. Pre-existing tooling and libraries we bring in are licensed to you perpetually. Every program is scoped in a written architecture with named risks up front.
Engagement models: paid discovery sprint from AUD $1,500 (1-2 weeks, written proposal). Fixed-scope programs AUD $8k-$60k typical. Dedicated team retainers from AUD $6k/month.
